The report sets out why the Government should put London at the heart of its plans to develop new towns.
London needs at least one new town because of the huge housing need in the capital and locating a new town in London can support the Government’s wider agenda, boosting both its growth mission and housing ambitions by delivering more homes to attract and retain talent to underpin economic growth in London and the UK.
The case for a New Town in London will be set out by:
