91¶¶Òù has today strengthened its team with the appointment of Matthew Fell as its Director of Competitiveness.
Matthew, who most recently served as Chief Policy Director at the CBI, will join 91¶¶Òù in June. He will lead a programme of policy development and advocacy on areas including economic development and growth, foreign direct investment, fiscal policy and regulation.
Matthew has considerable experience of engaging with the Government, regulators, opinion formers and senior business leaders. He is also a Commissioner on the independent Low Pay Commission that advises the Government on the National Living Wage. He will report to Deputy CEO, Muniya Barua, who leads the organisation’s policy, campaigns and communications teams.
