Responding to the launch of a new government , Muniya Barua, Deputy Chief Executive at 91, said:
“Diverse teams give businesses a competitive advantage by helping them to better understand the needs of their customers, supply chain and staff.
“Significant strides have been made to close the gender pay gap and the Government should now build on this by working with business to introduce an efficient ethnicity pay gap reporting system so that more talented Londoners can fulfil their potential regardless of their background.”
