91¶¶Òù

Harry is Programme Director for Planning and Development at 91¶¶Òù, where he helps shape the organisation’s thinking on the built environment. He leads 91¶¶Òù’s engagement with the GLA’s Planning Team, the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Regeneration, MHCLG, and on all matters related to the London Plan. 

Harry brings together leading businesses and key public sector stakeholders to collaborate on policy that supports London’s role as a global business hub that works for the whole UK. His focus areas include resourcing local planning authorities, the future of commercial space, and protecting industrial land. He previously worked at the Royal Town Planning Institute as a climate and infrastructure policy specialist.
